During the order process you will be asked to create a unique Username and Password to use for login on the Member Login Page to access the video segments. Your Username and Password are IP-specific to your computer. Before purchasing, see the notes below about Password Sharing, as well as the Important Note to Educators.
After you have signed up and paid for the subscription, you will receive a confirmation e-mail titled "Membership Information" that contains your unique Username ID and Password, as well as a link to the Member Login Page. Please keep that e-mail for future reference.

PASSWORD SHARING: If you share your Username and Password with others, two things will happen.
1. The login system will not permit the other person to access the video segments.
2. Your account will be automatically locked, making it impossible for you to access the video.

CANCELING AN ORDER PLACED THROUGH PAYPAL:
When placing an order through PayPal, it is not us, but PayPal who charges your credit card. PayPal forwards us the total of your order, less a small service fee. If you cancel your order, PayPal will not reverse the charge to your credit card. However, we will refund the money to your PayPal account, less the small service fee. You can then withdraw the funds from your PayPal account and have PayPal send them to you by a mailed check, or by an electronic funds transfer to your local bank account, provided that you have registered your local bank account details with PayPal.
